Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. With our commission-based role we are looking for someone looking to build a rewarding career in window covering sales while maintaining flexible working hours. You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Southern Georgian Bay region to help them find the perfect window covering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with potential customer
Developing relationships by networking with local home builders, contractors and within the community
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window covering solutions
Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
Prepare accurate measurements and quotations
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Represent the Simply Blinds brand with professionalism and expertise
Maintain knowledge of current product lines, pricing, and promotions
The Ideal Candidate
Must Have:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a vehicle
Relationship-builder at heart
Self-motivated
Must have a working phone and laptop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable with technology (measurement apps, CRM systems)
Residents of or familiar with the Southern Georgian Bay area
Nice to Have:
Previous sales experience (home improvement, retail, or B2C)
Knowledge of interior design or home décor
Experience with in-home sales or consultations
Compensation & Benefits
Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential and percentage commission on gross sales
Flexible Schedule: 25+ hours per week
Training Provided: Comprehensive product and sales training

This position covers the beautiful Southern Georgian Bay region including:

Wasaga Beach
Thornbury
Blue Mountains
